Agency or individual?
An agency profile describes a business. An individual profile should state the current agency affiliation or independent role with a dated source. A person’s affiliation and any credentials require their own evidence.
Buyer and seller representation
Ask what the proposed work includes, who would do it and how fees and responsibilities are described in writing. Do not assume that a category label establishes the terms of an agreement.
