Privacy information

SoldOnAruba.com is part of the Aruba Web Services network. For privacy questions or a request concerning information submitted here, contact info@soldonaruba.com. Updated 5 November 2026.

Newsletter requests

The native form asks for your name, email and a separate unchecked consent to this site’s newsletter. Requests are stored locally with the consent wording, source page and time. Local receipt does not itself confirm a central subscription or email delivery. The form states when newsletters are not being sent.

Directory and account information

Accounts and business submissions support directory functions; they are not automatically enrolled in newsletters. Submitted profile information is reviewed before publication. Do not submit private identity documents or information you do not have permission to share.

Contact and technical processing

Contact enquiries are intended for info@soldonaruba.com. Form storage and email delivery are separate states. WordPress and hosting services process technical requests; native security measures may use cookies for signed-in sessions and validation. Public comments are not enabled for new guides.

External content and links

Advertisements link to external providers. News headlines link to ArubaNews, and rental promotions come from ArubaAds.com. Those destinations have their own information practices. Confirm current provider details before relying on a promotion.

Your choices

Newsletter consent applies only to this site, not every site in the network. Contact us to request correction or removal of information you supplied. Central synchronization, confirmation email and unsubscribe automation are not represented as verified until tested. This page describes the current implementation and is not a claim of external legal certification.
